Open box refers to items removed from their original packaging, but are new. An example of an open box item would be a lens removed from a camera kit because we were out-of-stock of the camera body, or the manufacturer does not package the camera as body only. Demo refers to items used in our store for demonstration purposes. These items are sold as new with a full warranty, but may show signs of wear, which, in that case, we will note in the product description.
