Shipping Information

Most orders placed by noon ship the same day, except for orders placed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will ship the following Monday, unless that Monday is a holiday. Credit card processing and verification may delay some shipments, sometimes up to 24 hours or longer. High-value items are the most likely to take longer for payment processing. Our merchant processor does a thorough fraud check that requires extra time for high-value items. In most cases, high-value purchases can be expedited if you contact your bank/credit card provider before checking out to notify them of the high-value purchase. Credit card providers will often have a maximum transaction limit that will delay high-value purchases, unless you contact your bank/credit card provider to raise that limit.

Expedited orders (including 3 day, 2nd and next day) have same day shipping priority over standard options.

We begin processing and fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed, so if you notice a discrepancy with an order, please contact us immediately by telephone (802-244-0883). Please do not send order concerns via email as we may not receive/see emails until after the order has already been packaged/shipped.
